SHARK IN THE WATER

IT'S SHARK WEEK 2012 AND I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOVE SHARK WEEK! I PAINTED THIS BECAUSE SHARKS ARE AWESOME AND I'M HAVING SO MUCH FUN WITH PAINTING OMG!

SHARKS ARE AMAZING! THANK YOU FALLN-STOCK FOR THE REFERENCE IMAGE!

To Be More Pacific

Had a whale of a time painting tonight omg!

Referenced this wallpaper from this page. I'm getting better, that's for shore.

Surreal Eyes: Complete

Finished that eye painting!

Eh... not my favorite, but oh well. What did I learn today? Plan out paintings before going in blind.

Blobbert Chalk

Some silly thing I whipped up in like, 10 minutes while trying out other photoshop brushes.

Mmhmm.

Surreal Eyes: Work-In-Progress

Wanted to paint a bunch of eyes together into a giant eye blob floating in an empty void. They look kinda sexual though, but then again one can argue that eyes are sexual, no?

Don't know what the scale is gonna be yet, but I'm getting there.

Bird Painting

Been practicing digital painting. Never really had much instruction in school, so it's pretty different.

Wish I took more painting classes. Thank you emilie-stock for the reference image.

Twitter Drawings

During the last moments of my Spring internship, I had been playing around with their Cintiq monitors and ended up drawing silly cartoons what I did or how I felt that day.

Never really drew myself before, but it turned into a weekly thing for Twitter.

And so I regularly updated Twitter with these drawings, realizing how fun it was to just do whatever.

So yeah. I'm interning in the summer and have been updating Twitter with newer drawings of better quality. Will definitely post some more up here later.
