Surreal Eyes: Work-In-Progress

Wanted to paint a bunch of eyes together into a giant eye blob floating in an empty void. They look kinda sexual though, but then again one can argue that eyes are sexual, no?

Don't know what the scale is gonna be yet, but I'm getting there.

Twitter Drawings

During the last moments of my Spring internship, I had been playing around with their Cintiq monitors and ended up drawing silly cartoons what I did or how I felt that day.

Never really drew myself before, but it turned into a weekly thing for Twitter.

And so I regularly updated Twitter with these drawings, realizing how fun it was to just do whatever.

So yeah. I'm interning in the summer and have been updating Twitter with newer drawings of better quality. Will definitely post some more up here later.

I Should Start Using This More

Salut mes amis!

I've been neglecting this blog and now it's time to fill it up with sketches and art and whatnot. Still not use to this interface, but I'll learn it in time. With that said, here are some silly drawings done while bored at Starbucks.

ART 487E - Group Project

Took the ART 487E - Special Studies in Animation course in Spring 2011. It was the group project section with students working on an assigned project that would take 16 weeks to (hopefully) complete. I was on the SHEEP team and was one of the storyboard artists, character designers, and an animator. I don't know if posting production drawings right now would be a breech in my contract, so I'll be sending some emails to make sure it's cool to upload outside my portfolio.

I'm sure it'll be fine now, but you know how it is... or do you...?
